Well I started drawing at an early age maybe 8 or 9. The first time I won something because of drawing was when in 8th grade. It was a reading club contest. We drew covers for books that we "made up". Mine was going to be like a book of records for sports with the history behind the record attained or broken. So I drew Bret Farve for my cover. It was judged by the students and each drawing was submitted anonymously. Then I went a while without drawing. Now when I draw it helps me relax and take my mind off of worries. Kind of like meditation. Its good to go on here and see what other people's imaginations are up to. I think that people sometimes can't find time for themselves these days. To just relax and take a brake. I see people stressing all the time over the little things. People need that, to quote Edward Norton in FIGHT CLUB, "Ability to let that which does not matter really slide." Good living.
